Acceptable use

Use Itara for lawful homeowner guidance, planning, and record keeping.

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape protected content, or harass other people.

You retain ownership of information and documents you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them only to provide the requested service.

Paid plans renew on the cadence shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation stops future renewals.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email before they take effect.
