Do these 3 things next
- Check how much space your library actually uses.
- Start one backup to a second service and let it finish overnight.
- Open the copy and confirm a photo from ten years ago is really there.

Steps
- Pick one cloud service already on your phone and turn photo backup on over Wi-Fi.
- Confirm it finished — look for the sync-complete indicator, not just the toggle.
- Make a second copy on a physical drive once a year and keep it somewhere else in the house.
- Label older scanned photos with names and years while the elders can still tell you.
- Test it: delete a low-value photo and restore it. An untested backup is a hope.
When to call a professional
Heating and cooling
Most of this is yours to do. Call someone licensed if any one of these is true — it's a judgement call, not a defeat.
- The fix would involve refrigerant of any kind.
- The unit trips its own breaker or short-cycles.
- You see ice on the lines in normal weather.
- Airflow is fine but the system still won't hold temperature.
General guidance only. Local codes and conditions vary. If work involves electrical, gas, structural, HVAC or plumbing systems — or if anything feels beyond your comfort — stop and hire a licensed professional.
